New Domicile laws or Indian Occupied Kashmir
1. The recent replacement of PRC (also called State Subject) with domicile certificate is a very dangerous move of demographic changes. It is an organized plan to provide resident certificate and then jobs to non-Muslims of India (for proof/details click Link No 1).
2. It is dangerous because, they will make it sure that many Kashmiris don’t get domicile certificates. They will provide lame excuses that your papers aren’t clear, proper or enough and reject your application form. It is similar to NRC/NRP/CAA attempt. As they do with the passports of many Kashmiris (for proof and details click Link No 2).
3. After rejecting your domicile application form, you will lose not only the citizenship of Kashmir, but also your property and land ownership, bank accounts and jobs. This will be final and they won’t listen or compromise on it. You would be put in detention centres as they did in Assam (for proof and details see Link No.3).
4. The recent announcement of 10,000 jobs is the first step towards it. Please be clear all these jobs are for non-Muslims only. They know all Kashmiris will apply, but before that they will try to get domicile certificates, make all Kashmiris be in queues for months to get the certificate and trap you.
5. They have transferred and replaced all Muslim officers including DCs by non-Muslim officers who will be responsible for conducting the interviews/tests of these 10,000 jobs. So don’t think they will provide any job to Kashmiri Muslims.
6. In the first slot, they will bring 18 Lakh non-Muslims from other states of India. Among them, 10,000 have been promised jobs in the first instalment. So these 10,000 jobs aren’t for Kashmiris. Don’t get fooled ( for proof see Link No.4).
7. Now you may think what is the problem if few thousand non-Muslim Kashmiris are provided citizenship, housing and jobs in Kashmir. This is what Palestinians thought when few thousand Israelites arrived in Palestine and the West Bank. This is all done in consultation of a team from Israel (news link No.5 for proof). Then they will do what Israel did in Palestine and the West Bank. Destroy your houses, orchards, crops, land, and throw you out of your houses as is being done to Palestinians on the daily basis. You will be made a homeless refugee in your own land. And finally killed. They want a genocide of Kashmiri Muslims in Kashmir and make it a Hindu State (for Proof and more details read Link No 6).
8. They have support from most of the Indians. They made it possible through media and television channels to poison the minds of common Indians. If you don’t believe, go to any social media site, newspaper link about Kashmir, you will find 50% of Indians celebrating killing, murdering of Kashmiris and they are seeking carpet bombing and mass killing of Kashmiri men and raping Kashmiri Muslim women. 9. The next step is to demolish and replace most of the mosques with temples. On 23 September, 2019, BJP government made it clear that they would reconstruct 50,000 old temples in Kashmir (link No.8 of the newspaper attached for proof). There will be very few mosques left, and only temples everywhere. They have sanctioned Rs. 84 crore for the first instalment to construct these temples ( link No 9 of the news attached for proof).
10. Those who are loyal to India and think they hold big positions, let we remind you that in 2002 Gujrat massacre (in which 3000 Muslims, men, women, kids elderly were murdered, and hundreds burnet alive by Hindu mobs supported by the then CM Modi) they didn’t spare even a reputed Muslim Member of Parliament Ehsan Jafri and burnt him alive in the Gulbarg Society massacre, which: took place on 28 February 2002, during the 2002 Gujarat riots, when a Hindu crowd started stone pelting the Gulbarg Society, a Muslim neighbourhood in Chamanpura, Ahmedabad. Most of the Muslim houses were burnt, and at least 35 muslims, including a former Congress Member of Parliament, Ehsan Jafri, were burnt alive, while 31 others went missing after the incident, later presumed dead, bringing the total deaths to 69. (it is all disclosed by the Gujrat IPS officer. Sanjeev Bhat, who was arrested by the Modi government for exposing the Gujrat killings and `Modi’s role in it.) So don’t think if u have a position even if an MP or a minister they will set you free. Your Muslim name is enough for them to kill you. (google for further details).
11. Now you may think it’s about Gujrat not Kashmir, look at what they did to India’s most loyal family in Kashmir, many times CM and MP, Farooq Abdullah (and his son Omer Abdullah), who chanted “Bharat Mata ki Jai” all his life, adopted their lifestyle, believed in the Indian Constitution, enjoyed his position and chair on the dead bodies and blood of Kashmiris. But you all saw on 5th August 2019, how he was humiliated and put behind the bars and used liked a tissue paper by India. Similarly Mehoobha Mufti etc., who even brought BJP to Kashmir, chaired the mass killings and mass blinding of Kashmiris, indulged in victim shamming of Kashmiris (that is blamed Kashmiris for getting killed and blinded not the killers of Kashmiris), enjoyed perks as a political vulture on the dead bodies of Kashmiris. But What did she got from India, humiliation, and India used her like a tissue paper and threw out. We believe if not here, but at the day of judgement, Allah will take ‘HISAB” of each drop of blood, each sigh and each tear of Kashmiri mothers, sisters, fathers from them. Similarly, they made IAS topper Shah Faesal as a national hero, made him visit all cities of India, all news channels interviewed him, as long as he was supporting and sinning the songs of brutal occupation. But once he said Kashmiris deserve respect, you know what they did tohim. BUT: Mark our words, if a Gujrat like massacre happens in Kashmiri, all these will be burned alive first like the Member of Parliament, Ehsan Jafri.
The point is if they can do this to the Kashmiris who were at top positions and were/are loyal to them all of their lives think about how will they deal with common Kashmiris.
12. Once they make their small Mohallas and colonies, our sisters, daughters and mothers won’t be safe to go out of our homes. They are rape apologist remember they supported Asifa rapists took a rally in support of her rapists. Google how many rapes happen in India daily, you will be shocked. And remember police and administration is always with them. For example look what happened in the Delhi riots recently, they killed and burned homes of Muslims and then blamed Muslims for it and arrested many of them (for proof and details click Link No.10. No Non-Muslim was arrested. Look at NIT Srinagar, there are not much non-Muslim students but when even an argument happens between a Kashmiri Muslim student and non-Kashmiri and non-Muslim student entire media police and administration supports non Kashmiri and non-Muslim students and files cases against Kashmiri students. This is little place, imagine similar situation in every city, village and district.
13. Now, many of you may think, you will go outside Kashmir, buy or rent a house, but you know how you will be treated beaten outside Kashmir, lynched, abused and called terrorists. Jammu division is now more dangerous for Kashmiris they planning a massacre. Kashmiri journalist Muzamil Jaleel writes: “Here is how a vicious campaign to evict the minuscule Muslim population from Jammu city, Sambha, Kathua, Udhampur districts.... in fact, conditions are being created in a manner that the massacre of November 1947 is repeated. This is all part of August 5, 2019.This group Ikk Jutt also was at the forefront of supporting those who raped and murdered a Bakerwal child in Kathua. While in Kashmir, Chenab valley and Peerpanchal, people are summoned and slapped with cases for voicing any opinion, this hate that incitement to violence against Jammu Muslims goes unquestioned” (for details and proof see the video by clicking Link No. 11).
WHAT TO DO NOW:
A) UNITY is needed. They don’t see any Shia, Suni, Deobandi, Jaamti, Jaamt Islami, Ahle-hadees, look at Gujrat, Muzafarnagar and Delhi killings of Muslims, they burnet property of all Muslims. For them you are just a Muslim not Shia or Sunni, or another group. And remember they will have support and protection of police and army as they had in Delhi and Gujrat killings of Muslims. SO PLEASE BE UNITED. Any person who will create rifts between Muslims is enemy of Kashmiris. Identify them, they are paid by Indian agencies to divide Kashmiris.
B) Do not sell your land to non-Kashmiris even if they pay you Crores. By selling your land and property to them in greed for few extra laks, you are signing death, murder and genocide of your own future generations. Don’t rent your buildings to non-Kashmiris now onwards. They will pay you few hundred monthly, but will claim your building ownership soon, because they have full support of administration and Army. You cannot do anything then, so think about it now. Palestinians did the same mistake, they rented and sold only few houses initially for high prices in greed, but soon the Israelites took full control of small villages and towns first.
C) Forget about jobs and free-rice think about your life, life of your future generations, about Kashmiri Muslims and Islam. This is the last chance. Tell your brothers in the government jobs specifically KAS Officers and Tehsildars, policemen, please don’t be a part of this genocidal project. Just for your job and monthly salary don’t sign the genocide of Kashmiri Muslims and Islam. Remember our brothers in Kashmir police, please note that India doesn’t trust you, even though you have killed, abused, brutalised your own Kashmiris. They disarmed you on 4th august before the 370 issue, because they do not trust you. They took away charge of the Srinagar Airport from JKP because they do not trust you. Don’t work and behave like mindless robots, with YES SIR mentality to kill, abuse and brutalize your own people, just because they pay you monthly salary. Ask your heart sincerely. Don’t sell your souls and bodies and minds for monthly salary. Remember it is about your future generations too, your children too. Domicile law will not leave your children, unaffected be it their future, job or life. Also, hope you remember they mercilessly killed brother of a Kashmir police Officer and blamed him that he jumped the barricade. Have a courage and morals like American Police who recently joined the protests with people against the police brutality (for details see link No 12).
Wallahi, it is better to beg than to be a part of genocidal project of Ummah of beloved Nabi (مُحَمَّدُ صلى الله عليه وسلم ) Kya jawab doge Allaha aur allah ke rasool ko jab unki ummat ko Qatal kiya jaye ga aur aap unke qatillon ka saath doge monthly salary ke lye. Kya jawab doge Imman Hussain ko qayamat ke din jinhone appna khandan aur sub kuch qurbaan kiya ummat ke lye.
D). Support and help each other, do not fight on small issues, forget about “Maslak Ladai” land disputes, family disputes. You can fight latter if you are alive in free in peaceful Kashmir. Do not spend huge amounts of money on marriages, mobiles, food and dress. Make each Masjid committee or mohallah committee active to help the needy people. Don’t express your anger at fellow Kashmiris, family members or relatives, save your energy and for the enemy of Kashmiris.
E) Decide the future actions together. Don’t fight or argue with each other about the decisions. Follow the decisions of your local group leaders. Start small and then big protests. We have to make one 2008 like EID GHAH protest possible. Try to do it peacefully. There is no other option. Look how all Americans protested for the death of a single person. This is the last chance to save Kashmir, Kashmiri Muslims. Don’t be afraid. They will kill all, with or without protest, today or tomorrow.
F) Seek Allah’s help, without it nothing is possible. Pray salah, sometimes get up in Tahjud, cry in front of Allah, for the Muslims of Kashmir, as our beloved Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) used to pray for Ummah in Tahjud. Sincerely, with moist eyes, Tell Allah, ya Allah you have promised that you don’t reject the dua of mazloom, we are powerless, mazlooms, we gave lives, youth, blood, kids, daughters, sisters, property, sakoon, ankhoon ki rooshni, please help us to get freedom from the zulm of these zaalims. Our thousands of orphans are still waiting for their fathers, and thousands widows waiting for the husbands. Entire land of Kashmir is soaked in with the blood of mazloom Kashmiris. Thousands elderly fathers with tearful eyes have buried their young sons. Ya Allah kisi ek ke te ansson qabool farma. OUR 3 generations got ruined, abused and brutalized.
G) Translate this all information to elderly people who can not understand it. Make them understand it nicely and slowly with love. And finally, SHARE IT WITH ALL FAMILY MEMBERS, FRIENDS, RELATIVES TILL IT REACHES TO ALL KASHMIRIS.
May Allah protect all Kashmiris.
